    Description:
Welcome back to all our readers for our penultimate edition of 2025, I may say it every year, but this year certainly has flown by. Our Stars of the Future 2025 take centre stage in the magazine this month. We would like to congratulate our overall winner Paul Ring from Chubb who is featured on our front cover and to our runners up Hannah Graham from EY and Aquilla Fatch from M&G. A huge vote of thanks must go to our sponsors Star Actuarial Futures who continue to support this ever-popular award. We have placed all the other nominees in alphabetical order as the competition was so close once again this year. We would like to thank everyone for voting in what turned out to be the largest number of votes cast across the board since we started our Stars of the Future Awards. In an extremely packed magazine, we have Neil Gunn from WTW examining widespread flooding in the US. Our regular authors, as always, also give their insights, as usual, including Dale Critchley looks at how relying on inheritance is a high-risk strategy. We also have Niamh Brown and Daniel Sacks from LCP highlight key insights from LCP’s London Market Capital Benchmarking Study. We trust you enjoy this special edition of the magazine and look forward to welcoming you back next month.
